Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize stock in designated storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
