Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Inspect and organize incoming/outgoing inventory with precision
- Maintain clean and safe warehouse conditions following OSHA standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Accurately complete paperwork and inventory tracking systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
