Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols
- Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 25kg), and move throughout shifts
- Valid right-to-work in the UK
- Reliable transport to the NE38 0AB location
- Flexibility to work weekends/evenings during peak periods
