Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Scan and label products for shipment using handheld scanners
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in designated picking zones
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
