Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move inventory
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with attention to detail
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in teams
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
