Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Reliable transportation to South Bay facilities
- Flexibility to work weekends/holiday seasons as needed
