Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist in receiving and sorting incoming shipments
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savvy mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Valid driver's license preferred
