Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and digital manifests
- Verify product details against pick tickets to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient inventory rotation
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
