Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 2500 Commerce Drive
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours per shift
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication
- Flexible availability including weekends (Sat/Sun shifts available)
