Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain warehouse organization
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to undergo background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently in a team setting
