Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and pick lists
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Contribute to a clean, organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexible availability between 15-25 hours/week (mornings/afternoons)
