Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and train part-time staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and efficiency standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Coordinate with transportation team for timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory or team lead experience
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
