Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and efficiency standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless inventory and shipping operations
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems
- Resolve operational issues promptly using analytical problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership abilities with team development experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
