Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle count accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with logistics and sales teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain quality control metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/early mornings
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
