Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor part-time staff, providing clear guidance and performance feedback
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Generate accurate reports on inventory, productivity, and safety metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA safety training certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
