Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment activities
- Train and lead a team of 8-12 warehouse associates on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely shipping and receiving schedules
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and proven inventory management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
