Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily receiving, inventory management, and shipping activities
- Supervise 5-7 warehouse staff, ensuring task completion and performance standards
- Maintain OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and inventory audits
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
