Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring optimal productivity and performance
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to create a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with logistics team to streamline inventory accuracy and stock rotation
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience or equivalent leadership role
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
