Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during shifts, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Monitor inbound/outbound logistics, verifying inventory accuracy and documentation
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Train and mentor new staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize inventory flow and minimize downtime
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
