Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Supervise 5-7 warehouse associates to ensure efficient task execution and productivity targets
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance with maintenance team
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock rotation
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse supervision or team leadership experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Excellent communication and team development abilities
