Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Manage 3-5 warehouse associates to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation team for timely shipping and receiving
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (schedule flexibility)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
