Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor part-time staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement cycle count systems
- Optimize workflow efficiency and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipments and deliveries
- Generate daily performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
