Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Train and mentor part-time staff on operational procedures and best practices
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
