Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with team members
- Prepare daily reports on warehouse performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Valid driver's license
