Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper equipment operation and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize errors
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory or lead experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
