Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff during shifts to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Optimize space utilization and maintain organized storage systems
- Process and document incoming/outgoing shipments accurately
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
