You'll manage a team of 5-7 associates, optimize inventory flow, and maintain a culture of excellence in our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Train and supervise team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment functionality
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Prepare daily productivity reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license
