Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless logistics coordination
- Generate daily reports on productivity, inventory, and safety metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Basic math skills and proficiency with inventory tracking software
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
