Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort packages according to Amazon's quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report equipment issues
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Support outbound shipping and receiving operations
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to the Amazon facility
