Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating equipment)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
