Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in fast-paced environment
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Background check required
