Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory levels through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to our Sacramento facility
