Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality and quantity against pick tickets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
