Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and packaging standards
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
