Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory levels in assigned zones and participate in cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order processing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Familiarity with RF scanners or willingness to learn technology systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
