Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Package products securely with proper materials and labeling
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workstations
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Stamina to stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment
