Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-driven mindset
- Valid forklift certification is a major plus
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (10-15°F)
