Responsibilities
- Accurately select and assemble customer orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Operate powered pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
