Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory levels in assigned zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report discrepancies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
