Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized workstations and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train on warehouse management systems and new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Valid forklift certification a major plus
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
