Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with standing/walking for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude with team player mentality
