Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Verify order accuracy through barcode scanning and quality checks
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Rotate stock to maintain FIFO compliance and freshness
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime/weekends
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
