Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Verify product quality and quantities against packing lists
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum productivity
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- RF scanner or WMS experience highly valued
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation required
