Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick items from shelves and pack them according to customer orders.
- Inventory Accuracy: Scan items and verify quantities to ensure inventory records match stock.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Safe Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and follow all safety protocols.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to spot errors and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Basic Math: Ability to count and handle cash or digital transactions if required.
- Availability: Must be available for shifts including weekends and holidays as business demands.
