Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Optimize workflow to meet daily productivity targets of 150+ orders
- Maintain organized inventory zones and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
- Reliable transportation to our East Baltimore facility
