Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams
- Follow all safety protocols and SOPs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
