Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for seamless order processing
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savvy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation required
