Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and voice technology
- Inspect products for quality and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and literacy skills for order verification
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly with proper technique
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must be available for morning/afternoon shifts (5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm)
