Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
- Assist with warehouse organization and cycle counting as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to 215 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- Pass background check and drug screening
