Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation in designated zones
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to Boston worksite
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work morning/afternoon shifts (4-12 hour options)
